He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Flaming and Mary Ann Flaming; and his brother Dale Flaming of Paxton, Nebraska.. He is survived by: his wife Lana Flaming; his children, RoGene Bays (Chris), Becky LaFave (Mike) and Scott Flaming (Heidi); his grandchildren, Zach LaFave (Keirsten), Haven, Aslan Flaming, Garett Bays, Kylee Bays, Isabelle LaFave, Alana and Francesca Flaming; and his siblings, Beverly Larsen (Gib) of North Platte, Sherolyn Watt (Larry) of Upton, Carol Nelson (Steve) of Ogallala and Randy Flaming of Paxton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reichmuth Funeral Home - Omaha (21901 W Maple Rd, Elkhorn, NE 68022). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025.
All memorials will be donated to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
