She was predeceased by : her parents, John Brehmer and Rosina Brehmer (Repschlaeger); and her siblings, Harriet Brehmer, Darlene Novak, Elva Otteman, Marion Anderson, Carole Bruno, Willis Brehmer, Johnny Brehmer and Reynard Brehmer.
She is survived by : her husband Edward J. Forks; her children, Ricky Forks (Nita), Ronnie Forks (Laurie), Russell Forks (Susie), Rhonda McClellan (Kevin) and Renee Carswell (David); her grandchildren, Jeremy Forks (Stephanie), Elizabeth Forks, Tanner Forks, Brittany Forks, Allison Messemore (Chris), Nicholas Forks, Aaron McClellan (Kaylyn), Adam McClellan, Aurrie Carswell, Troy Carswell (Megan) and Forris Carswell; and her great grandchildren, Marie Walker, Tristan Forks, Quinn Messemore, Maisley Jo Carswell and Jolene Rose Carswell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
