He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his siblings, Arlen (Kathie Grotrian) of Johnson, Lori (Craig Behrends) of Johnson and Linda Post of Syracuse; his siblings' children, Blayne, Michael, Stacy, Andy, Joel, Tracie, Ryan, Adam and Eric; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jalen, Brooklyn, Lauren, Reese, Addison, Ella, Dash, Crew, Joscelyn, Lleyton, Quentin, Mason, Rowen, Calvin, Rylie, Baker, Kyler, Tyra, Audrey, Ethan, Jackson, Elliott, Kaycee, Jamie and JaKai; his siblings-in-law, Christine Lacy (Ed) of Loveland, Michele Metzger (Karlen) of Nicollet and William Metzger (Teri) of Cedar Creek, Nebraska.; his siblings' children, Christopher, Alex, Will, Thor, Jennifer, Elizabeth and Amelia; his great-nephew Sebastian; and his great-nieces, Laena, Tanja, Clara and Alexis.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home (801 S St, Auburn, NE 68305). A private funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025.

Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested to the family for later designation.
