He is survived by: his wife Kim Heier of Plattsmouth, NE; his son Christian Russell Heier of Plattsmouth, NE; his stepchildren, Michelle Flint (Bohdi) of Lincoln, NE, Marc Greene of Omaha, NE and Jaimee Willcoxon of Grand Island, NE; his sister Nancy Graham (Andy) of Lincoln, NE; and his nephews, Nicholas Graham, David Graham and Jacob Graham. He is also survived by two great nephews, one great niece, numerous cousins, and many friends.
