She is survived by: her husband Robert Brazda of Polk, NE; her daughters, Becky Bailey (Scott) of Omaha, NE, Bobbi Fratzke (Merle) of Pleasanton, NE and Robin Lezott of Polk, NE; her brothers, Charles Truka (Olga) of Wilber, NE and Bob Truka (Karen) of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew Bailey of Omaha, NE, Jake Lezott of Pennsylvania and Eann Lezott of Colorado; and her great grandchildren, Josiah, Levi and Norah Bailey.
