He is survived by: his wife Marlene of St. Paul; his children, Barb Dvorak, Roger Dvorak of Wood River, Bill Holt and Christal Holt of St. Paul; his grandchildren, Matthew Dvorak, Karee Dvorak of Doniphan, Michaela Jackson, Eric Jackson of Oxford and Brittany Holt of St. Paul; his great grandchildren, Max Dvorak, Bryar Jackson and Bryant Jackson; his brother Daryl Holt of Scotia; his sister-in-law Betty Holt of Scotia; his sister Janet Cox of North Loup; and his siblings-in-law, Darrel Cox of North Loup, John Wall of Littleton, CO and Judi Samuelson of Palmer.
