She is survived by : her husband Dennis Dostal; her daughters, Adaela Dostal of David City and Heidi Dostal-Wellman (Allen) of Fremont; her sister Shirley Prell of Louisville; her niece Tammie Meloy; her brother-in-law Gary Dostal (Cindy); her nephew Andrew Dostal; and her niece Katie Gleason.
