She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Rains and Anna Rains (Rice); her husband Jack Stowell; her daughters, Patricia Stowell, Beverly Stowell and Penny Dunton; her grandson Jason Wheeler (Mollie); her siblings, George Oren Rains, Charles Rains, Everett Rains, Allen Rains, Nellie League, Frances Larsen, Letha Levering, Clara Farnsley and Margaret Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Landon and Link.
She is survived by: her children, James Stowell (Kelly) of Burlington, Colo and Jacqueline Wheeler (Rex) of Scottsbluff; her grandchildren, Randy Rice, Curt Rice, Crystal Mead, Sara Scheenen, Missy Yarnell and Casey Culver; her great grandchildren, Robby Himerich, Christopher Rice, Austin, Aspen Wheeler, Alexander Wheeler, Avery Wheeler, Nathan Johnson, Ethan, Nathan Mead, Summer, Jasmine Rice, Nichole Fix, Braeden Fix, JJ Fix, Daniel Sinks, Addison Culver, Leath Yarnell and Lazareth Yarnell; and her great great grandchildren, Landon, Aaliyah, Nayjah and Eldon.
Memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date.
