We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2019, at the age of 76, Betty Knaub (Scottsbluff, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Schmidt and Emma Schmidt (Kraft); her sisters, Ruth Schmidt, Rosaline Ruppel, Bernice Blanton, Delpha Johnson and Baby Schmidt; and her siblings-in-law, Edna Thompson, Herold Knaub, LeRoy Knaub and Albert Ruppel.
She is survived by: her spouses, Donald Knaub and Don Knaub of Scottsbluff; her children, Kerry Knaub of Parker, CO, Shelly Chromy (Dan) of North Platte and Kim Riddick (Rich) of Gering; her grandchildren, Sarah Knaub of Colorado Springs, CO, Megan Knaub of Greeley, CO, Alexandria Hatch (Dominic), Tyson Chromy, Brook Chromy of North Platte, Spencer Riddick of Rapid City, SD and Sawyer Riddick of Gering; her great grandchildren, Drizzt Hatch and Artemis Hatch of North Platte; and her sister-in-law Opal Knaub of Scottsbluff. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Betty Knaub, 76, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska passed peacefully into heaven on February 13, 2019 at Scottsbluff Care and Rehabilitation Center with family by her side, after a long battle with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
