She was predeceased by: her mother Maria Natividad Escamilla (Valdez); and her brothers, Jose "Pepito" Escamilla (Sumara) of Texas, Marcelo Escamilla Jr. and Alfredo Escamilla. She is survived by: her father Marcelo Escamilla; her husband Jose Santos Martinez of Scottsbluff; her daughters, Alma Sanchez (Stephan) of Scottsbluff, Maria "Hopie" Frueh (Joshua) of Scottsbluff and Josefa "Josie" Gallegos (Richard) of Scottsbluff; her siblings, Maria DeJesus Martinez (Estaben) of Texas, Daniel Escamilla (Theresa) of Texas, Felipe Escamilla (Patrica) of Texas, Tomas Escamilla (Lupita) of Texas, Adan Escamilla (Griselda) of Texas, Eva Escamilla of Texas and Dominga Saucedo (Rosendo) of Texas; and her sister-in-law Genoveva Escamilla of Scottsbluff. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
