He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baily and Katherine Baily (Greif); his siblings, John, Don, Bertha Baily (Kechter) and Betty Baily (Lane); his nephew Jeff Baily; and his great grandchild Maci Baily.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Emerick) of Scottsbluff; his children, Tammy Haverick (Bob) of Gering, NE, Will Baily (Donna), Cheri Davidson (Darold) of Scottsbluff, NE and Brenda Bergstrom (Gary) of Brady, NE; his grandchild Thirty; his great great grandchildren, Bobbie Jo Haverick-Kinney, Robert Kinney, April Haverick, Summer, Jordan Hulbert, Jackie, Amiel, Dusty, Becky Baily, Ryan, Janel Baily, Stephanie Baily, Ashley Baily, Lindsy Baily, Emily, Javi Garcia, Bob Chandler, Frank Hernandez, Kesleigh, Joey, Seriah, Brooklyn, Angie, Eliana, Alex, Michael Davidson, Patrick, Audrey Davidson (Anna), Matt Dittbenner, Jenny, Tony Gomez, Chloe, Donovan Santos and Hunter Dittbenner; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Baily.
