He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford John and Goldie Marguerite McKinley (Lamoree). He is survived by: his brother Wilford; his wife Ruby Irene Lighty; his son Steven (Barb) of San Diego, CA; his sister Donna McKinley of Denver, CO; his daughter Rene Waggener (Randy) of Alliance, NE; his grandchildren, Rayna Woodward (Dan) of Rapid City, SD and Ryan Waggener of Aurora, CO; and his great grandchild Samuel Isaac Woodward.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested for Global Strategies Church of God Ministries, Anderson, IN.
