He was predeceased by: his parents, George Walth and Martha Walth (Dietz); and his siblings-in-law, Edmond Eitler, Donald Shipman, Gordon Pelc, Donald Kortje, Gene Dolish and LaJean Cowen.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kortje; his children, Barbara Ann, Gregory Lee and Greg (Robin); his granddaughters, Erin Ellis (Patrick) and Emily; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Dolish, Beverly Kortje and Bruce Cowen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
