He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Pragnell and Patricia Pragnell (Robinson); his wife Alice; his grandfather Doug; his siblings, Donnie Pragnell, Leah Campbell (Carlton) and Jimmy Pragnell (David); his children, Tom Newman (Amy), Tracy Pragnell (Jenny) and Jennifer Pragnell; his son-in-law Troy Jenkins (June Castillo); his friends, Lawrence and Trudy Ion; and his daughter Tamie Schmekpepper. He was also cherished by 20 grandkids, 7 great grandkids, numerous close family members.

Memorials may be given to the family for a designation at a later date.
