He was predeceased by: his father Frank Frances I; and his grandson Justin Morgan II. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Frank Francis III, Justin Morgan (Jana), Nicholas, Nina, Michael, Candy, Joseph, Tamra and Jamie Scott (Rick); his grandchildren, Joshua (Jessica) and Brooklyn (Christopher); his stepdaughter Nicole Dianne Barnes; his stepgrandchildren, Tate Dawson and Brock Alexander; and his siblings, Michael, Kathy Moore and Patricia (Charles).
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to his family to be designated at a later date.
