He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Serapio Lozoya and Amelia Lozoya; his son Frank Jr.; and his sisters, Maria, Eduarda, Martina, Sophia and Bonnie. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
