She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Carter; her husband Gerald Andrew; her father David Carter; her siblings, Carolyn Opal Carter, Gail (Ben Peterson), Bill and Bruce Carter; her granddaughter Alicia Marie Herman; and her sister-in-law Evonn Carter.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Jo Andrew of Scottsbluff, Jerry David Andrew (Deb Ellett) of Morrill and Jamalee D. Caylor (Rick) of Torrington; her grandchildren, Jeremy Herman (Tiffany) of Scottsbluff, Craig Caylor (Kassi Rankin) of Carr, CO, Nathan "Nate" Andrew of Morrill, NE, Tiffany Reynolds (Curtis Hanks) of Gering, NE and Katy Caylor of Ft. Collins, CO; her great grandchildren, Madyson Reynolds, Dylan Reynolds, Landon Herman, Carsyn Herman, Xavier Flores and Sabrena Taylor; and her siblings, Charlotte Lissman (Dan), Jo Rote (Lloyd), Doug Carter and Darold Carter (Joan).
