It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Douglas (Scottsbluff, Nebraska), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on May 19, 2018, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Bergstrom, Jane Bergstrom, Don Douglas and Carol Douglas. He is survived by: his parents, Dan Douglas of Scottsbluff and Martha Douglas of Scottsbluff; his sister Meghan Trapp (Joe) of Omaha; his significant other Albany Hixon; his daughter Amaiya; his uncles, Sarah Allen, Gregg Allen of New Hampshire, Peggy Awtrey and Dennis Awtrey of Oregon; and also, Tatum of Scottsbluff, Mollie, Lauren and Wes.
Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the Jacob Douglas Memorial Account in the care of Dan and Martha Douglas or Albany Hixon.
