He is survived by: his wife Roberta Templar; his children, Jana Mount (Steve) and Allan; his grandchildren, Skyler Mount (Amy), Alexis Green, Spencer Mount, Andrew Mount, Gianni Green and Blake Green; his great grandchildren, Emma Kuxhausen-Mount, Axton Green and Zoey Mount; his siblings, Deloris Lockman (Ron), Joanne Ahlers (Lou) and Bob Green (Alma); and his mother-in-law Treva Templar.

A memorial has been established to Nebraska Babe Ruth Baseball.
