She is survived by: her husband Jim Dale; her daughter Lorrie Kalahar; her grandchildren, Patrick Sparks (Amy), Jessica Johnson (Justin), Laura Westrope (Adam), Taryn Ley Garmisch (Ryan), Nathan Gillen Scottsdale, Kelly Kalahar, Matthew, Shannon Kalahar St, Trevor and Tynan; and her great grandchildren, Reanna, Hudson, Cole, Asher, Pacey, Burke and Hattie Mae.
It is Joanne's wish for memorial donations be made to the Panhandle Human Society in Scottsbluff.
