He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexsander Weideman and Kathren Weideman; and his grandsons, Larry and Evan. He is survived by: his wife Dona Wimberly; his children, Debra Kasza (Jim) of Gering, Leanne Powell of Gering and Michael Weideman of Scottsbluff; his grandchildren, Jeremy Kasza, Tiffany Kasza (Albert), Ann Bishop (Josh), Nancy Powell, Garrett Weideman, Amber Weideman, Alyssa Weideman, Kayla Weideman, Ashlee, Adam, Cameron, Kayleigh, Jordyn, Zaden, Stormy, Shaw, Hanna, Emily and Jorge; and his sisters-in-law, Bette Krause and Tori Henry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.

Memorials may be given to the Children's Hospital, St. Jude and Shriners.
