She is survived by: her husband Jim Whitlock; her daughters, Kimberly Ann and Sami Jo; her grandsons, Jesse, Joshua, Sami and Jason; her daughters, Sami Webb (Jason) and Kim Cheshier (David); her siblings, Joey Burckhard and Donna Grandi (Curt); and her grandchildren, Josh Cheshier, Abigail Webb and Jhett Webb. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
