It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lydia Munoz Shaw of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, born in Del Rio, Texas, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Innocente Villanueva; her parents-in-law, Noah and Delores Wright; and her brothers-in-law, Arnold, Thomas, Claude Wright and Mac Shaw.
She is survived by: her mother Alicia Munoz; her close friend Grace Soundsleeper; her husband Vance Shaw; her children, Jennie Shaw, Steven Gomez and David Shaw; her daughter-in-law Aisha Watson; and her siblings, Julia Villanueva, Minerva Smith, Melinda Salas and Orlando Villanueva. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many extended family.
