It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel Penilla Trevino Sr. of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Penilla and Inez Penilla; his siblings, Louie and Beatriz (Catalina); and his daughter-in-law Hope Trevino.

He is survived by: his children, Lupe Ramirez (Raymundo), Manuel, George (Sara), Inez Urquiza (Guerrero), Joe, Alex, Israel (Lydia) and Gabriel Sr. (Melinda).
