She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. "Joe" Johnson and Margie Whorton; her brother Bobby Dale; and her boyfriend Jimmie Burnitt. She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie Crouch (Marlin Davis) of Guernsey and Shelia Covington of Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Tyler Eaton, Jonathan Eaton (Summer), Destiny Covington, Houston Covington, Cheyenne Courtwright and Zoey Courtwright; her great grandchild Raina Eaton; and her siblings, James Babb, Jeff Russ, Janice Cullum and Jewel Golden.
