He is survived by: his significant other Esther Meter (Henkel); his children, Randy (Tami Meter) of Gering, Deborah Meter (Gary Stricker) of Scottsbluff and Dale Meter of Bayard; his granddaughter Jennifer (Tom Olmstead); and his great grandchild Elliott Olmstead of Scottsbluff.
