He was predeceased by: his parents, Saulo Cobos and Inocencia Cobos; and his siblings, Arthur, Anthony, Rudy Cobos, Rebecca Marabilla, Linda and Julie Ramirez.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Cobos (Mata); his children, Richard Jr., Rebecca and April Rose Cobos; his grandchildren, Jaime, Emilio, Maya Cobos, Arthur, Elias and Ava Almaraz; and his siblings, Angel, Frank, Patricia, Merced, David and Phillip Cobos. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
