It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard V. Osnes of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred M. Osnes and Irene F. Osnes (Davis); his wife Janice B. Lovell; and his son Michael Osnes. He is survived by: his children, Mark Osnes (Angela) of Scottsbluff, Debi Watson (Chad) of Gillette and Stacie Smith (Wayne) of Torrington, Wyoming; his granddaughter Christina Ramirez; his great grandchildren, Richard and Zuria Ramirez; his close friend Shirley Hollmann of Scottsbluff; and his sister Laveda Waller of Gering. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Memorials may be given to the Friends of Alzheimer's and Dementia "FAD".
