He was predeceased by: his father Roy Miller; and his father-in-law Thornton Bulman. He is survived by: his parent Pat Miller; his wife Faye Bulman; his stepdaughter Meagan Eitzen; his daughter Dana of Laramie, Wyoming; his sisters, Sheila Benson of Reno and Lisa Peters (Brian) of Bridgeport, Nebraska; his mother-in-law Viola Bulman of Gering; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret and Philip Eckerberg of Gering. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date.
