He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Yost and Rachel Yost (Helzer); his former wife Judy; and his parents-in-law, George and Lillian Nuss (Drumheller).
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Nuss; his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Paul Krantz; his son Doug; his daughter-in-law Kari Yost; his grandchildren, Hilary (Krantz), Ryan Coufal, Morgan (Yost), Kyle Wallace and Parker Yost; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Carsey and Jack Nuss. He is also survived by one nephew and 2 nieces.
Memorials may be given to Emmanuel Congregational Church or Panhandle Humane Society Cat & Kitty Fund.
