He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Glenn and Sydell Marie Miller (Hoover); his children, Kristin and Sidney, Jr; his brother James; his half-siblings, Betty Kane and Gene Miller; and his nieces, Iola Miller, Karletta Miller, Ray Frakes and Agnes Frakes.
He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Ann Frakes; his children, Megan and Michael; his brother George Miller (Charlotte); his nieces and nephews, Justin, Jeremy and Allison; and also, Rusty, Vanessa, Jennifer, Karen, Shirley, Linda, Leota, Terry, Lori and Randy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Scottsbluff Library.
