He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bazemore and Ruth Bazemore; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his significant other Melanie Gunnells; his sons, Matthew of Omaha, NE and Preston of Scottsbluff, NE; his siblings, David, Mike, Tim and Ruth Bean; his mother-in-law Merna Gunnells of Greeley, CO; and his brother-in-law Gregory Gunnells.
