He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Steele and Maxine Steele (Fox); his aunt Eunice Steele of Colorado; his daughter Kimberly Anne Steele; and his parents-in-law, Mel and Ruth Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lynne Anderson of Scottsbluff; his children, Andrew Steele (Jacki) of Frisco, Texas and Tracy Steele of Scottsbluff; his granddaughters, Josephine and Jenevieve Steele of Frisco, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Roger, Barbara Cline of Aurora, CO, Charles Anderson of Strasburg, Colorado and Kathy Day of Brandon, Florida; and his adoptive daughters, Tammy Lutz of Bayard and Lisa Frahm of Gering, Nebraska.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church or to the family to be designated at a later time.
