He is survived by: his wife Opal Tiemann of Seward, Nebraska; his children, Deb Tankesley (Warren) of Lincoln, Lori Paulsen (Keith) of Lincoln and Alan Tiemann (Lori) of Seward, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Brian Tiemann, Kendra Duncan, Dan Tiemann (Casey) and Logan Paulsen (Brandi); and his great grandchildren, Olivia Tiemann, Cross Paulsen, Grant Duncan and Wyatt Tiemann.
