It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol E. Luber (South Sioux City, Nebraska), born in Onawa, Iowa, who passed away on March 24, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Glen Skow; and also, Lyle Luber and Verna Luber. She is survived by : her husband Wayne Luber; her children, Chad Luber (Tricia) of Emerson, NE and Angie Cobb of Sioux City, IA; her mother Dorothy Skow-Cosh (Al) of Rodney, IA; her siblings, Joe Skow (Sue) of Spencer, IA and Marilyn Longlee (Steve) of Rodney, IA; and her grandchildren, Cade, Carter, Ava Luber, Trey Cobb and Dylan Cobb. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for designations to be made at a later time.
