He is survived by: his wife Bev; his children, Lori Carver, Dennis Johnson and Shari Stork; his grandchildren, Jeremy Miller (Nichole), Brandon Miller (Terra), Danielle Carver, Randi Carver and Trenton Stork; and his great grandchildren, Alex Andersen, Brianna Carver, Kyler Stork, Lucas Miller, Olivia Stork and Carter Stork.
