She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Blare and Josephine Blare (Janousek); her husband Merrill G. Conklin; her stepson Merrill Conklin, Jr.; and her siblings, Duane Blare, Vada Blare and Sonja Putzier.
She is survived by: her son Brett Conklin (Eva); her grandchildren, Holly Rassmunsen (Keith), Amy Pearson (Michael), Ruby Conklin, Jacob Conklin (Brooke) and Mikel Schreiber; her great grandchildren, Kaydance, Lillie, Gage, Leilani and Elliot; and her stepsons, Gary Conklin (Joan), Warren Conklin (Sherry) and Kent Conklin (Diane). She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives including siblings-in-law.
