She is survived by : her daughter Bessie; her brother Wayne Forgey; her sister-in-law Elaine Forgey (Lyle); her sons, Terry Worth of Sunrise Beach and Rodney Worth (Melissa) of Shawnee; her grandson Thomas Wayne Patzel (Crystal) of Alvo; her great grandchildren, Kaydance and Keara; her brother Lyle Forgey; and her sister-in-law Marvel Forgey (Wayne).
