She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Johnson and Nell Johnson (Carr); her husband Cecil Williams; her sisters, Mildred Johnson, Lucile Luse and Lois Steinke; and her son-in-law Bill Franklin.
She is survived by : her daughters, Merna (Rod) of Sidney, NE and Margaret (Glen) of Atkinson; her friends, Ruth, Lucile and Maxine; her daughter Mona Franklin of O'Neill; and her grandchildren, Bruce Billings of Denver, CO, Amber, Jay Samuelson of Gretna, NE, Kirby, Debby Linse of Newport, Brendan, Kelly Linse of Plattsmouth, Kristy and James Lowry of Grand Island. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 2 1/2 great-great granddaughters.
