He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Lea Duke, Sr. (Lisa) of Steele City and Jacque Hand Duke of Fairbury; his brothers, Jody Duke of Fairbury, Jonathan Duke of Richmond, VA and Phillip Greenwood (Richelle) of Fairbury; and his children, Jerry Lea Duke, III, Samual, Darius, Jimmy, Jacob, Kayla of Fairbury and Alana of Fairbury.
