With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Hansen of Stromsburg, Nebraska, born in Blair, Nebraska, who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl S. Hansen and Anita Hansen (Suverkrubbe); his wife Muriel Joyce Clash; his grandson Jared Gregor; his daughter Julie Poe; his brothers-in-law, Bud Sidebottom and Ed Lippincott; and his pet Popeye.

He is survived by : his children, Kathie Gregor of Fremont and Mike Phillippe of Hastings; his grandsons, Kirk Gregor, Kraig Gregor, Brett Gregor, Clint Gregor and Christopher Phillippe; and his siblings, Merle Hansen (Lori) of Blair, Margaret Sidebottom of Blair and Norma Lippincott of Papillion. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the family in lieu of flowers.
