He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bauman and Vella Bauman (Melvin); his son Rick; and his parents-in-law, Don and Eva Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Rogers of Belleville; his children, Pam Nielsen (Jim Fenimore) of Superior, Terry Cox (Melissa) of Lawrence, David Cox (Lori) of Belleville and Don Cox of Denton, Florida; his grandchildren, Melissa, Samantha, Jacquelyn, Jordan, Bailey, Nicholas, Matthew, Brian, Christina and Derrick; his great grandchildren, Morrigan, Asher, Kaitlyn, Liam and Avery; his brothers, Marlin Cox (Donna) of Nelson and Randy Bauman (Terry) of Parma, Ohio; his nieces, Amy, Kassidee and Kaycee; and his great-nephew Conner.
