She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Willett and Virginia Willett; and her siblings, Richard Lee, Donald Eugene and Pennie Elaine Timberlake.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jim, Dana, Cindrich Lee Perez and Anthony James Moffett; her daughter Kate; her close friend Linda Noren Sunquist; her son Brian Moffett of Overland Park, KS; and her siblings, James Earl Willett (Dana) of Longmont, CO, Mitzie Marlene Willett of Superior, NE and Ann Ridle Willett of Superior, NE. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, "greats," extended family, and friends.
