It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delores Bixby (Superior, Nebraska), born in David City, Nebraska, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Lloyd Whitney and Loraine Whitney (Stoley); her children, Kirk Bixby, Lori and Lisa Bixby; and her siblings, Harold "Shrimp" Whitney (Dixie) and Marcella Simonsen (Leon).
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Greg Bixby (Debbie) of Salida, Colorado and Joel Bixby (Diane) of Anchorage, Alaska; her granddaughters, Erika Jones (Tyler), Jennifer Blythe (Jason), Sarah Hess and Nichole Bixby; her great grandchildren, Abigal, Colby Jones, Kale Hess, Jillian Glenn, Easton and Owen Blythe; and her husband Kent Bixby.
Memorials are suggested to go to the Centennial Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
