He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Mills and Emma Mills (Garman); his daughter Robin Mills; and his siblings, Richard Mills, Shirley Mills and Loyce Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Sam" of Hebron; and his siblings, Emory Mills (Pauline) of Rush, Colorado, Wanda Wyatt of Hastings, Neb and Marietta Nickell of Fountain, Colorado. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
