She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fangmeyer and Martha Fangmeyer (Vienop); her brother Clifford Fangmeyer; and her son-in-law Sonny Payne. She is survived by: her husband Ward Aurand of Courtland, Kansas; her children, Shirley Payne of Hastings, Nebraska and Steve Hespen (Judy) of Carriere, Mississippi; her brother Orville Fangmeyer (Sharon) of Twenty; her grandchildren, Michael Fry, Marti Spitz (Dale), Hunter Hespen and Haley Hespen; and her great grandchildren, Brett Kehn, T. J. Sorensen, Chloe, Zhoe and Kelsie Fry. She is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
