He is survived by: his former spouse Jocelyn Mohler; his sons, Blake (Melissa) of Superior and Phil; his wife Robin Sloggett of Burr Oak, Kansas; his children, Phillip (Sara) of Mulvane, Kansas, Nathan Hoffmeyer (Margo) of Kimberly, Idaho and Erin Hoffmeyer of Lincoln, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Cailyn, Cayce, Tarissa, Dean, Adalynn and Shane; and his siblings, Richard (Lindel) of Webber, Kansas, Wilma Fuller (Warren) of Hardy, Nebraska and Kenneth of Shickley, Nebraska.
