He was predeceased by : his parents, Nathaniel Griess and Clara Griess (Huber); and his brothers, Tom and Harold. He is survived by : his wife Anna Marie of Sutton; his children, Michael Griess (Patti) of Sutton, Patty Carriker (Alan) of Phillips and Teresa Stubbs (Galyn) of Elm Creek; his grandchildren, Andy Griess (Sarah), Cory Griess (Abbey), Tyler Griess (Cheyanne), Jennifer Archie (Floyd), Casey Carriker (Janet), Kayla Wiarda (Cale), Wyatt Stubbs (Jessica) and Sydney Barron (Corey); his sister Leola Nuss of Sutton; and his sister-in-law Lorene Griess of Sutton. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
