He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Buerstetta and Irene Buerstetta (Fisher); his parents-in-law, Ronald and Mary Holben; his brother Ken Buerstetta; his son-in-law Doug Jordening; and his brothers-in-law, Dale and Galen Holben.
He is survived by: his wife Ronna Holben; his daughters, Rachel Walters (Ben) and Susan Colson (Rodney); his grandchildren, Ethan Clements, Brady Clements, Jonah Walters and Emma Walters; his brother Duane Buerstetta (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Esther Buerstetta, Beth Giesbrecht (Hugh), Ruth Ann Holben and Linda Holben. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
