It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Larue Jacobsen of Tecumseh, Nebraska, who passed away at the age of 100, on March 13, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Bausch and Vera Bausch (Steiner); her former husband Harry Seitz; and her siblings, Emery E. Bausch, Roselle A. Robb and Marjorie M. Oestmann.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne L. Jacobsen of Tecumseh; her children, Robert Seitz (Beverly) of Holmesville, Tom Seitz (June) of Beatrice, Elaine Johnson (Glenn) of Lincoln and Brad Seitz (Patricia "Patty") of Alexandria; and her stepchildren, Martin Jacobsen, Anthony Jacobsen and Lori Jacobsen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 step-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
When her health declined, LaRue became a resident of Belle Terrace in Tecumseh, where she celebrated her 100th birthday in the midst of the Covid pandemic and later transferred to the Good Samaritan Center in Beatrice.
Memorials may be given to the United Methodist Church, Tecumseh or the Good Samaritan Center, Beatrice, Nebraska.
